Putting decades of experience and judgment to work for our clients.

Counseling clients to avoid litigation and standing up for them when they cannot.

We have spent the last forty years, cleaning up the “messes” that result when problems can’t be solved on their own and the only option is litigation. Some say litigation is a business tool — and maybe it is. What it rarely ever is is an “effective” or “efficient” business tool.

Whether you’re an individual, small to medium cap company or multi-national corporation, let us show you how our out-come driven approach, task management and ability to get quickly to a solution will work for you. We bring extensive experience and professionalism to every case and customize our support to your individual needs and concerns.

Areas of Practice

Outside General Counsel

For decades, our clients have relied upon us to serve as their outside general counsel providing them with guidance and advice relating to countless different issues such as HR, labor, regulatory, employment and litigation oversight.

Intellectual Property

We have handled over 300 IP matters—more than 250 as lead counsel—including patent, antitrust, copyright, trademark, cyber-squatting, domain name misappropriation, idea misappropriation and unfair competition matters — mostly on behalf of the IP owners.

General Civil & Criminal Litigation

Over the years we have handled significant general civil matters including restrictive covenants and other substantial business and commercial disputes. We have also represented parties through trial in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. As commercial pilot, Mr. Tecce also has represented plaintiffs in a number of significant aviation accident cases. A former federal prosecutor, he has also been involved in numerous criminal defense matters, including the kidnapping and killing of a federal witness and organized crime, bank robbery and false reporting cases.

“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world: the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.”
