GENERAL CIVIL & CRIMINAL LITIGATION
Although a substantial part of our practice is intellectual property litigation, our forty years of trial and complex commercial litigation experience goes far beyond that and includes substantial experience in other types of civil and criminal matters. We have been involved in a number of class-action cases — including a certified class jury trial to verdict — antitrust, civil RICO, civil conspiracy, restrictive covenants and other complex personal, business and commercial disputes. We have also represented parties through trial in catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death matters including aviation accidents.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We have handled over 300 IP matters—more than 250 as lead counsel—including patent, trade secrets, antitrust, copyright, trademark, cyber-squatting, domain name misappropriation, idea misappropriation and unfair competition matters — mostly on behalf of IP owners.
OUTSIDE GENERAL COUNSEL
For decades, many of our clients have relied upon us to serve as their outside general counsel providing them with guidance and advice relating to many different issues such as HR, labor, regulatory, employment and litigation oversight.
