Frederick A. Tecce is an AV-rated, commercial litigation attorney, former federal prosecutor and registered patent attorney. For almost forty years, Fred has dedicated himself almost exclusively to representation of a broad spectrum of claim holders, including intellectual property owners in roles that run the gamut from large firm partner to the founder of a nationally-recognized litigation boutique firm. Fred brings to the courtroom his to-the-point communication skills honed through years of experience as a national television commentator.
Fred desired to get back to actually practicing law without the distractions that came from management responsibilities, bureaucracy and firm politics — hence, the formation of Altima Advisors/Attorneys.
